Neurofeedback is a powerful tool for reading the brains electrical activity, and training the brain to function at more optimal frequencies. Participants watch a game or movie play on a computer screen. Electrodes are applied to the head to monitor the brains electrical output. There is no signal or shock being applied to the participant. The participants brain is rewarded for operating in certain frequencies as the game or movie progresses across the screen.
